Dieng Plateau as a tourist destination is very varied and not bored sight seeing. Starting with trekking to mount Sikunir to see the sunrise, watching the green or blue sulfur water in Colour Lake until studying of the history of Javanese culture with real heritage until today. Arjuna temple.

Many people only know temples on Java island just Borobudur temple and Prambanan, but you can see the another cultural heritage of hindu were built on centuries 7-8. Boring?. Hmm, you should change your mindset anyway. See and enjoy it with its history.

Never been bored while you're in Indonesia. So many sight and seeing when you come to a towns. It happened with me also. I feel comfort and hommy eventhough i'm not in my home right now. 

"Hey .. I'm in Dieng ..". A warm greetings for the first time I said in the morning when I was in Banjarnegara. An area located in the highlands and cold temperatures have welcomed me to touch my bone.

Have you been to the Dieng? or have never even heard the name Dieng?.

Perhaps many of you who are not too familiar to hear the word "Sikunir". or which comes first is the name of an existing toll road in Jakarta, Cikunir. Hehehe.. A bit similar spelling but much of the meaning and location. What if I explain the word "Dieng"?. Have you ever heard of this word ?. Dieng is a plateau which located in Banjarnegara district, central Java, that has one decent place to visit especially to see the rising of the sun rise. Surely rises from the east.

Have you ever heard the word Dieng ? If you have not, what comes first in your mind when hear the word Dieng ?. This time I had the opportunity to visit Dieng plateau. This areas included in Banjarnegara district is also one of the alternative vacation spots that resemble the natural conditions. Cool and cold but have enough differences that stand out, a crater in the various point and used as a geothermal power plant. Other that, in Dieng plateau we could see temples, lake and see the sun rise behind Merapi. 

The crater at the Dieng plateau is an object that is the main attraction for travellers. One of the crater named Sileri.
