Pleasure of Banten, Sawarna

If you only know Anyer, Ujung Kulon, and Krakatau as tourism destination in Banten, nowadays there is nothing wrong if you decide to go to a new hiding place and not well known by the tourist eventhough Indonesian. But, for backpack travellers, this is the one of their destination. Sawarna. Sawarna itself is a village located in the district Bayah, Banten and close to Pelabuhanratu, Sukabumi, West Java. 

Tanjung Kelayar

Sawarna itself located on the southern coast of Java islands, it has funtastic attraction and quite interesting for surfing. It caused the waves are pretty and so exotic for a surfholic. In order that, eventhough Sawarna has soft white sands and blue sea, unfortunately, you can't perform water activities such as snorkeling, diving, sport water or removing turtles as end tiles. Big waves is the factor then "no turtles here". 

Sawarna has some good spot for pleasure. It has Ciantir beach, Lagoon Pari, Lalay cave, and Tanjung Kelayar. Each places has own unique. You could see sunrise and sunset here. If you would like see and enjoy sunrise spot, you can come to Lagoon Pari. Before you can enjoy the sunrise in Lagoon Pari, you have to walk about 2 miles and across the hills. Beach itself located behind the hill and it makes their own constraints. You can see a beach with coral  when the water receded. Then, everything will pay off after that. Beautiful sun will come shining with a bandage frightening waves. What a truly stunning.

Ciantir Beach

Another sight and seeing in Sawarna when the sun will go down is watching the surfer plays with the waves. Usually in Ciantir beach and Tanjung Kelayar you could see it in same moment. Surf and sunset. Ciantir Beach is one of the beaches that serve the favorite choice of local and foreign surfers. With high waves, Ciantir Beach always crowded by tourists who love surfing. 

Usually, the visitors were mostly from Jakarta to Merak Toll select the route Jakarta-Attack-Malingping-Bayah-Sawarna to go to the location, or  another alternative route to pass PelabuhanRatu, Sukabumi. Road to Sawarna was good but minimal directions. Need a lot of attention if you do not want to get lost.
